The Right Faja Is Half Your Recovery
Juanita's rule, after fourteen years of post-op care: the garment matters as much as the massage. We fit post-surgical Colombian compression — by your size, by your stage, and by the procedure you had — and show you exactly how to wear it. Fitted in-studio in Beverly Hills.
Compression Does Half The Work
Even, consistent compression supports your drainage results and helps the skin redrape smoothly as swelling goes down. The wrong garment — too loose, too narrow, or the wrong stage — lets fluid pool and the skin set unevenly. Getting it right is the difference between a smooth result and a bumpy one.
What The Right Faja Does
- Compresses the whole treated area evenly, not just the middle
- Fits your current size — snug enough to compress, never so tight it rolls or folds
- Works with foams and a lumbar board for flat, even results across curves
- Adjusts as you go down sizes, with hooks or a front closure you can manage yourself
Common Mistakes We Fix
- Wearing Spanx or everyday shapewear — too narrow, and it dents the skin
- A faja that's too big (no real compression) or too small (it rolls and creases)
- Staying in a stage-one garment after the incisions have healed
- Leaving out the foams and boards, so compression lands unevenly
When To Wear What

We Fit You, Not Just Sell You
A garment off a shelf is a guess. At your fitting we measure you, account for your procedure and how far along you are, place the foams and boards where compression needs to land, and send you home knowing how to wear and wash it. As swelling changes, we re-fit you — most clients move through more than one size. Bring your faja to every drainage session, and re-apply it within thirty minutes of leaving the table.
