Packs are non-refundable but always transferable — to immediate family, or talk to us if life changes. We would rather move your sessions to someone you love than watch you lose them. What we won't do is go quiet on you: the studio answers its phone and its email.
Yes — that's the point of a pack. We hold recurring slots for pack clients and help you map the whole cadence up front (post-op protocols typically run 10 – 20 sessions over 12 – 16 weeks), so the spacing stays therapeutic instead of whenever-we-can-fit-you-in.
No. A pack buys you sessions at a better rate — it is not a results guarantee, and we don't sell outcomes. Lymphatic massage moves fluid, not fat, and results vary person to person. What we commit to is the same unhurried, full-length session every single visit.
One reason: $180 per session instead of $225. If prepaying doesn't feel right, book single sessions at full price or spread the pack cost with Cherry — we're genuinely happy either way. Nobody gets talked into a package here.
